How to use a vented prop?

After searching and reading, I now know what a vented prob is used for (better hole shot). But I am not sure I know how to use it.

I have a high five with plastic caps over the holes.

If I decide I need a better hole shot do I remove one of those caps?
If I remove one do I need to remove them all?
Or are these not to be removed?
If a combination is to be removed, do you remove them in a certain order? i.e. beside each other etc?

Thanks

You can buy new vent plugs with different size holes, they come in 4 sizes, no hole, small, med and large holes.
solid vent is #19-889725
small vent is #19-889725028
med vent is #19-889725035
large vent is #19-889725047

I have heard of people mixing different size vents, not sure how it worked out. They come in bags of 5 to cover 3,4 and 5 blade props.

With a small size socket you can pop em out from the outside in and then tap in the new ones. Once ya get the hang of it its easy.

I started with the small and worked my way up.
