You should fog the engine with fogging spray into the carburetor, or remove the spark plugs and spray it in there, or if it has a water separator/ fuel filter you can fill that with fogging oil and fuel 50-50 and run it til its smoking a bit then shut it down. There should be two drain plugs center of block just above oil pan one on either side. The exhaust manifolds should have a plug on the rear of both, or you can disconnect the hoses to them and let them drain. I like to then pull the large hose off the circ pump and drain that water. Some like to pull the two hoses off the seawater pump on the crankshaft and let them drain. if there are any coolers such as tranny or power steering, which i seriously doubt, then they have to be drained.
