How well does a 2000 19' Sylvan Spacedeck take waves? Any idea?

Thinking of buying this deck boat without a motor currently on it, so I have no way of testing it, adding a 115hp outboard. It's a tri hull under a pontoon deck style boat.

We also have a 18' Sea Ray Seville v-hull and for reference this is adequate in rough water for our use.

I suspect the Spacedeck will be worse which is okay, but just curious if they are unusable in anything but 1' waves or what?

Thanks in advance.

You pretty much answered your own question. The deeper the entrance to the water, and smaller the flat surface, with a good amount of weight associated with it, the smoother the ride. Everything from there degrades to a John boat which is made for rivers and such with no waves. Simple matter of physics. BTDT
