How would I wire this setup

Hi y'all,
Here is my problem, I want a three position toggle in the bow and one in the fantail to work a rear aerator and front aerator. That is I want to be lazy and turn on either the front or rear aerator pumps from the front of the boat or the stern. I have two on/off/on switches with six poles and two pumps. Has anyone done this or am I just going to have to figure it out on my own.

Here ya go. Do this twice, once for each pump. The note is important. If you use a center off switch and either one is off, you can't power either pump.
