HP Question

I am in the process of buying a 1988 18.5 ft. Skeeter. The gentleman that i am buying it from says its a 200 HP XR4 with a 150 Cover. I have looked at all the Serial # refs. on this site but cant figure it out. Can someone verify the Model and HP? Serial number - OC149619

I may be wrong, but 0C100861 to 0C999999 come up as V-200 EFI.

V-200 Carb comes up as well. Looks like a 200 at any rate.
