What was the highest hp rating for 2 cylinder johnyrudes 1960 and up? Did they overlap with the 3s, and is a high rated 2 as good as a low rated 3?

there were some 3 cylinder 35, 40 but they went back to 2 cylinder there was a 2 cylinder 60, that was the highest, it went back to 3 cylinder.
