Hey guys,

I am trying to eliminate a huge spray that comes of the leg of my Yammy 40, between the transom and the lower unit. It shoots straight up in the air and gets a lot of water in the boat. Any ideas? My boat is a 1965 15'6" aluminum Aroliner, V-bow, flat bottom at the transom.

Re: Huge Spray!

Raise the engine one hole at a time until the prop blows out when you make a turn, then drop it down one. The prop it so the engine runs at maximum recomended RPM at WOT.

the bottom of the boat should line up with the cav plate, the cav plate is the plate that is just above the prop. you may hav to adjust the tilt angle as well.
