I (stupidly) neglected my winch line and it broke when I was hauling my 1986 18' Royal Regal out of the boat launch area (yes I am grateful that no one was injured when it broke and the boat rolled off the trailer). No damage to the prop or stern area of the hull because we were driving about 1-3 mph uphill. Sadly, because we had to haul it onto the trailer dry (scarier then when it dropped), the hook recepticle at the bow pulled out. It's not completely out but the bottom end of it is about 3/4 inch through the outside of the hull such that the bolt threads are visible and the lower-bolt-hole in the fiberglass is bigger. Any ideas how I can repair this - I'm kind of afraid to trailer it the way it is. Many thanks in advance for any suggestion other than I should NOT own a boat
