Was this survey done by a professional? Is it on your current hull? There should have been a summary report provided with some explanations.
The readings you have posted would absolutely concern me and it sounds as if this could be a large scale restoration.
Since a survey covers all of the boat I would want to know hull material, age, type of boat, motor, drive system.
We have had member's here on iboats spend $500 on surveys however, it has saved them thousands in future repairs or given them pice of mind on a purchase.
What kind of boat.
More information is needed.
