Humingbird FF-LCR 4X6- Won't fire up.

I got an older Hummingbird Depth/Fish Finder LCR 4X6. The guy said that it worked OK the last time he used it about 10 years ago. It seems to be a nice unit with a lot of features but I can't get it to turn on. I checked the power from the battery and that's OK. Does anyone know if this unit has an internal fuse that could be shot? There is no in line fuse. What year could it be? Is it worth fixing or should I deep six it if I can't get it going. Any ideas?<br />Stalker

Not familiar with unit but when checked power was it at the end of cable? If not then cable could be bad. If sure cable is good then would need a schematic of unit. Ten years old, Hummingbird, if can not find schematic then open unit to check for fuse etc. <br /> I have an original lowrance green box that is still in working condition. I would repair that but a Hummingbird, 10 yrs old, I would play with it myself but not pay to have it done. Just my opinion.
