Trying to figure out what could be wrong with the head or display unit. This is an early 90's vintage unit. When the power is turned on it tries three times to power up and then shuts down and will not re-start unless I pull the power cord and re-insert it.
I've tried it both with the motor running and shut off and with all of the transducer and other cables disconnected to check that I don't have an external cable problem. The Voltage is 11 and 14 Volts motor off and on respectively. Any ideas as to what the problem is? Humminbird no longer services this model.
Anyone know where I can buy a used one?
