Just take it apart a watch what you are doing.Anyone that can put 4 things together can do it ,It is very easy,when you remove the ram from the housing there will be a piece stuck in the housing just tap it in a piece of wood to remove it.
When you put them back together on the work bench you can use compressed air where the hoses hookup one will move it out and one will suck the ram in.
