I have a 24' Floteboat with an Evinrude 30. She runs fine, but I'm wondering if a hydrofoil for the outboard would make and improvements? I know they work for planing boats. What about a pontoon?
It won't make a noticable difference except it might slow you down a little from additional drag. They're good for helping a planing boat get up out of the hole. Toons never plane.
