I want to but a hydrofoil for my 2008 Glastron GT185XL W/ 4.3GL VolvoPenta and SX outdrive. My question is with the new anticavitation plate that also acts as an exhaust port, is there a manufacture that is making one for this model.
I wouldn't mount one on your lower unit if for no other reason than to keep your corrosion warranty intact.
Seriously take a look at Smarttabs from a company called Nauticus. Not that much more $$. Do a search on the site for a bazillion discussions comparing these to hydofoils.
