Hyrofoil Location?

OK, maybe you outboard guys can help. I got a pair of Doel-fins from another boat, and want to put them on my boat. I know they go on the anti-cavitation plate, but not sure where, front to back. Do they go all the way back, or centered over prop, etc? Anyone out there have Doel-fin installation instructions laying around?<br />
