I have a 1985 Mariner 150 What yr. Merc will Transplant?

I have a bad motor and have found a few replacments. What year Mercurys will bolt up to my lower unit? I will possibly have to keep my carbs and electronics as well. Mine is a 1985 Mariner 150 V6.

I have aslo located a Mercury 200 hp V6 top end. Will the cylinders, heads, and pistons bolt up to mine? Will everything else off my motor bolt up to make it run?
