Short answer: no

What model 1997 Sea Hunt 18ftr. I didnt find an 18ftr in 1997, but a 1995 20ftr was rated for 90hp, seems unlikely a shorter boat rated at more then 150% of a 20ftrs rating.

Another thing to consider (aside from exceeding HP limits) is weight. With only two logs if the 150 presses down enough that the water line rises more than halfway on the logs then you have to add the weight of the water on top of the logs further degrading performance/safety. Had a friend put a 90hp Honda fourstroke (the old ones when they first came out - monstrous and heavy) on a similar setup and ended up regretting it.

36" 'toons on an 18' pontoon boat? Is this a custom build of some sort? Never seen, or heard of, pontoons that size, let alone installed on a 18' pontoon boat.

What does the rating plate show for max hp?
