First I want to thank everyone for the advice so far! I started my boat and put it in gear. like you guy's advised and everything went great, next is putting in the lake and see what happens? Ok my new question? I was under the boat and noticed a small hair line crack maybe an inch it didn't appear deep, should I be alarmed? It's on the bottom.

Is it a fiberglass boat or heavy gauge aluminum boat? A picture would also be quite helpful.

If it is a hairline type crack and does not look like impact type damage I would guess it is just in the gel-coat.
No leaks I would do an epoxy repair.

If it is only in the gel coat then it is pretty normal. Try to make sure of that. Look inside the boat at the same place and try to see it. As others have stated, post a picture, both a close up and one a little further away that will show the position of it on the bottom.
