I Lost My Prop :(

So I was out the other week and my prop somehow fell off into the lake.

Well i got the new prop now what else do i need? All i know that was on it was the prop nut and cotter pin. Is there any washers or spacers that i need to put on the shaft? when i put the prop on my prop shaft it rubs against the gearcase housing, so im guessing theres something that spaces it out.

ANy help would be appreciative!

There should be a thrust washer (a thick washer) that goes on the shaft first, then the prop, then the remaining hardware.
