I made my boat bumper hangars - Non slip.

I recently bought some quick adjust boat bumper hangars for my railing. I kept having a problem when they're left for a while, that they'd slide along the railing. I also didn't like how the snap on the back side could mar the paint. So I took some rubber cement and a small strip of that non-slip cabinet liner, and glued it to the inside of the hangar. I then put a felt pad on the back of the snaps. $2.00 fix for 4 hangars. I just thought I'd share in case it helps anyone else.
