I need a cowl seal for a '74, 70HP, Evinrude Outboard Model#70473M

Im just about finished with my restoration of my 24' pontoon boat, the last thing i need is the cowl seal that goes on the bottom of engine hood/cowl. Does anybody know where i may find one for this motor? I'll try to add pictures of the boat as i found it and as it is now for those of you who may want to see it.
