I've got this old 78-80 maybe 25hp Mariner outboard that I need a driveshaft for.
The Mercury part #45-81165m is no longer available.
The tag reads
Yamaha 25A 648 301611
Being as this was a longshaft but has an extension housing I would prefer shortshaft, but at this point I would take one too long or a complete lower if priced right.
The lower unit is somewhat unique for a Mariner/Yamaha as it seperates along a horizontal plane not unlike an old OMC lower unit.
