[I Need Help] - 1976 Evinrude 115hp waterpump

I've got a 1976 Evinrude 115hp and I'm wanting to put a new water pump on it (with all the gaskets, o-rings, impeller, etc). I've read how there may be two different water pumps depending on the length of the shaft (20" or 25").

Can you tell based on the model number? Mine is 115699G and the serial number is J0001229.

I believe there may be some dirt-dobber nests inside the water exhaust ports because I saw some wasps come out of it when we started it up. I don't really know a good way to clean them out of there so I figured I'll check and replace the water pump as I'm looking for a way to clean them out from inside there.

Also, is any type of tutorial for doing this here on the site (pictures and/or video would be a great help)

i was looking up parts for hours yesterday and think i found the right one just wanted to make sure i wasn't going to order the wrong one.
