I Need Help! 1993 Johnson 50 Hp

Hi guys..........just joined the site..................hope you can help...........On the Tilt/Trim

At the top of the cylinder ram/rod that lifts the engine there is a pin.....How does it come out? It has female threads in the center on the bigger flat end of the pin or shaft that connects the rod. Thanks................
