i need some help

hello,
i have a 88 bayliner cuddy 19ft with a 125 force that runs great, i took it out for the first time and it seems slow to me, its got a 3 blade prop with a 17 pich and it ony does about 30-32 i dont know the rpm but it seems like i should be getting more out of it!! i put a 4 blade on it and theres no real diffrence, i will be doing a lot of water sports with this boat is there a way to get more speed??????? thanks

Ayuh,........

Propping for Water Sports, is the exact opposite as propping for Speed......
And,......
You really Can't do either,.... Without Knowing your rpms at WOT.......

Well I Am New To This! Some People Are Telling Me That 30-32 Is Slow For This Boat, Thats Why I Am Asking Is There A Way To Get More Speed?

What is boat rated for? Motor size? My 19'6'', has a 200. big difference for speed. You do need to know what your WOT ,RPMS are. Their is a formula to figure it out. I use a 3 blade prop. You can do a search and find it. I have three props, all different pitch. One is a spare and the other was what came on boat. One is a 21, another is a 20.
