i/o conversion to v-drive?

Has anyone ever done or thought about doing a conversion from an i/o to a v-drive or true inboard?<br /><br />Just curious what everyones thoughts would be on this...<br /><br />EDIT: wrong forum thought i was in restoration... maybe the Mod would be so kind as to move it?

I think you'll find the the different bottom configurations,.. for different drive systems,....<br />Usually don't make for an Easy Swap...........
