i/o transom

hi i have read alot on transom repair here. my i/o has some rot at the bottom up to the middle can the bad be replaced? or should i just plan on doing the whole transom? with a outboard i could see doing the whole thing, but is there any stress on a i/o set up?

hello, I am new to this form and I am restoring a pontoon boat also I was wondering if this site has a for sale thread or parts wanted thread like a lot of the other threads do? any help would be greatly appriciated!

I am having to rebuild the transom of my boat also... what is the best way of going about it? we already put a new deck down and new carpet now we are looking for a captians stand and starting to put the steering and all the components together... help...
