I want to convert to disc brakes

I have a 1991 trailrite trailer with 14x6 rims using e78-14 st tires. The stamps on the brake hub read as follows:

UNIQUE FUNCTION AC PRODUCTS
HD-1377-10

D18CARD PT-10.040

can someone decode and recommend what kodiak kit i need to convert? I know i will need a new surge controller,reverse solenoid,brake line kit but dont know what brake kit i need i have been looking at these but not sure

That kit will work fine. If you don't boat in SW you could use the E-coat and save a couple of bucks.
