iboats search function suggestion - question

Is it possible to put a "stop seaching and display results" button into the search feature?<br /><br />Say I key in a search and it finds a few hits, but continues to search the other forums, and search, and search, and search....<br /><br />It just took 26 minutes to finish a search <br /><br />I just want it to stop searching and show me the results so far.
