Help need by Capt. George in Baja Mexico..

I have an icom IC-M45 and I can't seem to connect to the international mode. weather and U.S. no problem but the international in necessary in Mexico.. Any help out there? Lost my operators manual..

Thanks Chief put the manual in my favorites...Maryland, had a boat built in Exmore, VA back in the early nineties..a beauty, 24 Chesapeake Classic...as far as I know, still in business, Glass Boat Works.
