That's a 1974 5hp with a twist grip throttle. It has a Tecumseh engine, of the model you named.

www.certifiedpartscorp.com. You have to call the number on the web site with your model number and engine model number. They can supply copies of manuals, as well.
Its powerhead is air-cooled, but there is an impeller to pump water to cool the exhaust in the midsection.
I'm not sure which ignition system yours has. They varied around that period. If you have an external coil that feeds the spark plug, then it has electronic ignition, for which parts are scarce to impossible. If the spark plug wire emerges from under the flywheel, you're in a little better shape.
