ID this Honda?

Can someone ID this Honda for me? I'm looking at buying it for a low price from a local seller, who says it's been in storage and currently won't start.

He says it's a 4 stroke too.

Any information on things to look at, gotchas in repairs, etc would be appreciated. Also any info on fuel mix for it would be good.

Been doing some research.. this might be a BF75L, maybe 1980 vintage?

I've seen I can get a remote throttle/shift kit for this, which is what I need, if that's the correct model.

A starter upgrade would be gravy.. any chance of going to electric start?

Well, I bought it for $300. It's supposed to be non working, but I won't have a chance to check that for a few weeks probably. I need to get a gas tank set up for it too.

But, it looks nice and clean and like it will work, so I took the leap. For that price it's hard to go too wrong.

Serial is B75-3005265

If anyone can give me a year or anything for the motor I'd appreciate it, plus any info on electric start upgrades if possible...but so far I think as long as I can make it run I'll be pretty happy with this
