Identenify and locating a needed engine componet

I'm building a new 5.7 mercruiser v8 to match a 1984 model. I'm having trouble locating the bracket thet mounts under the carburator and holds the throttle cable in place. I'm calling it the throttle cable mount but not sure what the actual name ismabey someone can help me?

It appears that you need #20 in the pic.......<br /><br /><br />

According to the listing,.... It fits the 1982 to 1986 260hp motors.......

I have no idea how many of those I've thrown in the scrap barrel over the years.

That is the right part. I need that and the shift plate for the same year. This is what I'm doing: I baught a 350 chevy claimer IMCA Racing block last season for my 24' boat. This motor ran at 5300 rms @ 55 mph all last season. Now I'm restoring a 30' Velocity with twin engines. I'm using the block I baught last season and I just built a new one. The thing is I'm missing the parts listed above,Gauges and wiring harness that goes from the dash to the motors. How should I go about getting these parts in a cost efective way? www.superiormgmtco.com
