identification from model and serial number

sorry to be boring as I am sure this question is asked many times. I searched the web and looked at some very informative sites to identify an engine year but none seem to have my model number or serial number on their lists??

I have picked up an Evinrude 40Hp it says workhorse twin on the cover.
Model number 406B64R
serial number B 4202
engine label states Belgium - if this helps
Can anyone please help me identify this engine and year.
it has quite a few parts missing and i need to be clear to buy the correct parts to rebuild.

Model number 406B64R identifies the engine as a 1966 40hp Evinrude.
