identification numbers on evenriude

Un able to find the serial numbers to find out year of evenrude starflite ll 75 hp out board motor . it came with 64 fiberform boat and 64 ezloader trailer so we are thinking its a 64 ?? we have looked in all obvious and not so obvious places can someone tell me where it is ... Thank You !!

Data plate on the port side mounting bracket, normally.

look for quarter size silver welch (freeze) plug on the block of the motor. should be on there.
