Identify engine and info

My outbaord is marked as an OMC Mod# VJ120TLAND Ser# G 03005947. The TLAND is confusing me and I cant find much info beause it doesnt seem to follow the letter conventions to identify the year. Any one have any info on th eyear and why the strange lettering?

The AN is what's confusing. Better look at that mtr again.

I'm guessing perhaps a European motor.Belgium?
Someone may be along with that information.
