identify please

I recently purchased a boat from an auction and would like to know the year and horsepower. It is a Johnson superquiet The only tag I have found gives model #RDSL-25D and serial # C380192 if anyone can help I thank you I am new to outboards I just want to go fishing so thank you thank you
