Identify this head...please!

Hello all, my 1975 Evinrude 25HP currently has this head on it with part number 318393 stamped on it. The head is gray in color. The original head was part number 318392, but was destroyed when the motor grenaded last year. Out of curiosity, I now wonder what motor this head, I currently have on my engine came off of for reference. The combustion chambers look slightly different, one being more rounded than the other from what I remember. The motor runs great at the time with this head, no problems what so ever. I've searched parts catalogs but the numbers are totally different than what is stamped on the head so I can't identify what I've got exactly. Thanks for any help everybody.

Just looked on Boats.net...The new part number for my 318392 head is 0385789. Taking that there is only one number difference between the original part numbers, I came up with the idea of searching for part number 0385790 and it pulled up a 1973 Evinrude 18HP. If this is the case, does this mean my motor could potentially put out a little more horsepower using a head from a 25? Would it be noticeable? I hate to fix something that isn't broke, but then again, a little more HP would be nice Somebody's thoughts please:redface:
