I need to replace this upper rubber exhaust bellows, it connects the riser to the outdrive inside the boat. Engine is Mercruiser 470 outdrive is Alpha One.

This is the bad bellows:

The upper I/D is about 8cm, the lower I/d is about 6.5-7cm.

This is the riser on my motor:

So far the only things close I found are the following, none say they are for my motor:

I need to order a part but can't find a matching one, if anyone knows exactly what part I need would be a great help.

What you really need to do is get your engines serial number. Find out what the OEM part number is for that SN, then find an aftermarket for that particular number. Any other way is just guessing.

Thanks Chris - it looks like a similar part, if you look at the photo i posted, the riser side opening is much larger (8cm i.d.) and bottom opening is smaller (6.5-7cm i.d.). Also the bottom part with the clamps has 5 spots to put clamps on and goes quite the ways down, I am suspecting it might be slightly longer then the one shown or that the drawings aren't to scale.

Thanks Don, the engine serial number is 5386744.

The one Chris posted is correct. You should start giving the SN or at least a year for your engine. All 470's are not the same.

That part was incorrect, the second one i posted fit much better. Seems like my boat has had a motor swap and the exhaust system was modified.

Fabricated a stainless coupler and used that second part with the bottom part of the old bellow and she runs amazing now.

Old part melted through on one edge from the inside. Here are the pics.
