identifying an 80's evinrude 9.9 0r 15 HP???

the data plate is missing. the number on the freeze plug is H1099997 , and i found out it is made in hong kong. question is , is it a 15 or a 9.9? any help would be appriciated.

You may be able to narrow the year/model by comparing parts: http://shop.evinrude.com/

The 15HP generally has a carburetor with around a 1" throat compared to around .75" on the 9.9.
