My first time here guys, I replaced the powerhead on my suzuki DT140 s/n 202477 with a used one i bought out of state. When it arrived it is a different block but came mostly complete. The problem I'm having is identifying the carbs. They are different then the ones i had, There seems to be two diffent ones used on these engines. My original ones have a 2 bolt patten to the airbox and the linkage hooked to the timing advance. The one i have now they have a 3 bolt pattern to the airbox and are smaller in size.
I must have carb kits for these and don't know what to order for them. There does not seem to be any s/n on the engine block itself that i can find, The only number i find on a carb is a 94 620 and i have no clue what that is.
Anyone that has seen this before please advise me.
Thanks
Richard

Here's a follow up, After hours of research I have solved this problem myself, Biggest problem was I had my head in a very dark place, LOL, The powerhead that was shipped to me is not a 140hp, It's a 115hp powerhead, this explains the difference in the carbs and the block config. It did mount up ok and I had it running a bit today only to find the water pump is shot so now I'm waiting for the high priced devil to get here at $114 plus freight, Geezzz
Still missing the choke butterfly, shaft and connector for the choke that goes on the top carb.
Thanks
Richard
