i finally have my 89 merc outboard running better than it has been.my question is the idle is set too high at 1000 rpm.my question is how is the idle adjusted? the manual does not specify. the two top carbs only have one screw for the air/fuel mixture .i have done the link/synk,and have adjusted the timing per the manual.any help will be appreciated.
