Idle and Mixture screw adjustment - what is meant by turns? 360 or 180 degrees?

Silly question - but need to make certain. I'm rebuilding my carb and noticed the initial idle and mixture adjustments. It just states "turns"

Our wrists usually only allow up to 180 degrees, so not sure they mean full (360 degrees) for each turn or 180 degrees.

I believe it's a full 360 degrees per turn correct?
