I have a 25hp Yamy 2 stroke and can't seem to rev the engine when in idle. The throttle handle will only turn a little and rev it very slightly. Is this normal or should I be able to turn the throttle 100% when in idle. Just wondering...thanks.
most have a throttle interlock to prevent excessive no load speeds. its there for a reason dont defeat it. there is really no reason to rev it in netural
