Have the camera and telescope on tripods and am waiting.
Can see the moon well now but it is partly cloudy, got my fingers crossed.

I've been looking forward to this all week and the skies have been clear. Tonight, it's cloudy. Hopefully I can get a glimpse.

Clouds forecast here, but so far it is mostly clear (19:35 CST). Fingers crossed.

Its completely dark here. Of course that means the stars too, way too much cloud cover for me to see anything.

Clouds moved out !! It is in full eclipse but my camera will not take a photo too dark. These are ones I got.

an orange glow from the moon now, with 2 bright stars visible, one to the left, and one higher to the right.

We were just looking at it threw the telescope. Just an orange ball a few minutes ago.

Cleared up pretty good here. Just low to the left is Saturn. My scope is only 45 power but could still see the rings, pretty cool. Tripod was shaky, just breathing on it and Saturn was jumping all over.

Well the clouds broke just in the nick of time. The coloring was unremarkable from what I saw but I'm glad I got to see the event. It's too bad I don't have a telescope. I would have liked to see Saturn.
