ignition problem 1972 chrysler 85 hp no spark

Hi i checked my blue wire going to my cd box and I have 12 volts there. Checked my blue, white, and my red wires underneath my flywheel to the cd box and they are ok. But no voltage is coming out my cd box to my coil. Does this mean that my cd box is bad?
