Re: Ignition Problem

Disconnect tan wire to power pack and try it, also look for bare power pack wires to coils.

Re: Ignition Problem

The tan wire to the power pack sets S.L.O.W which reduces rpms to about 2500, when engine overheats, with the tan wire disconnected S.L.O.W. is bypassed. If VRO disconnected insure all warning system wires from VRO pump and remote oil tank are disconnected and ends taped or covered. The blocking diode is located 2 3/4 inches from large red connector on engine harness.<br />Warning horn must be correct horn, all of the warning horns not the same.
