ignition question

quick question,is it normal for the fuse holder for the ignition switch to be warm/hot to the touch,thanks in advance

If the engine was left on, but not started it could be but its not normal under normal operation. Hot or warm fuses are usually close to popping.

Warm or hot fuse holders usually not good.. I would check to make sure the connections are good..

This usually indicates the fuse isn't making good contact with the holder.

i checked all the connections from the ignition switch to the fuse to the the kill switch,everything looks solid.i started the motor,and let it run for about 45 min,never blew the fuse,and its only 10 amp fuse.not being familiar with an i/o i don't know if the shift selector would have anything to do with the ignition circuit.help sos!!!!
