Leaving 4th of July fireworks on the Potomac at DC, thought I switched from anchoring to nav lights; not. Fortunately we were all going slow at that point and the curses from the boat that nearly hit me got my attention!!!!!!!!
i had a Game Warden stop and tell me to turn on my stern light after Fireworks on the 4th once upon a time.- She ran a full safety check no tkt but she was not pleasant about it.
