I just bought this boat. Was in the driveway for a few years. First thing I did was get a manual. So far everything checks out, the only part that did not pass the test was the trigger. Question is , after I install it; is that all it takes to start it up? There was no old fuel in the tank, I cleaned the carbs, checked the starter, cranked the engine has good compression.I lowered the bottom unit to properly set the shift rod.Checked the oil and did not see any traces of water. I sent for a new navigation light switch, bilge pump,etc..you know it's a project boat. Am I on the right track ???..<br /> Thanks,Paul V.
